The Platform engages exclusively in Business-to-Business (B2B) communications. We do not solicit, target, or intentionally collect data from retail consumers, non-corporate individuals, or minors.

We collect only data necessary to facilitate automated B2B introductions, verify corporate standing, and execute commercial software territory licenses:

(a) Corporate Entity Identification: Legal entity name, Corporate Identification Number (CIN), Company Registration Number, registered business address, tax identifiers (e.g., GSTIN, EIN).

(b) Corporate Representative Data: Name, official corporate designation/title, corporate email address, and verified WhatsApp Business mobile number of authorized company signatories or officers.

(c) Match Criteria: Anonymized criteria regarding secondary fine art holdings, acquisition specifications, and institutional criteria necessary for algorithmic matching.

(d) Technical & Log Data: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and interaction logs transmitted when accessing claireartregistry.com or interfacing with our communication infrastructure.

Information submitted to IBC LLC is processed strictly for the following purposes:

(a) Verifying statutory corporate existence and officer credentials prior to issuing confidential dossiers or onboarding.

(b) Executing B2B Master Territory Licensing agreements, invoices, and accounting compliance.

(c) Running automated matching algorithms between verified buyer and seller corporate entities.

(d) Fulfilling statutory requirements, anti-fraud verifications, and compliance checks under applicable cross-border regulations.

(a) Zero Data Monetization: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or publicly distribute corporate contact lists or user data under any circumstances.

(b) Match Disclosure: Contact and operational data are shared with prospective counterparties solely upon mutual, algorithmic matching authorization, in accordance with the Platform's introduction protocol.

(c) Infrastructure Providers: Data may be processed by centralized cloud software vendors (e.g., infrastructure hosting, CRM, secure communications) bound by strict contractual data-processing safeguards.

(d) Legal Compulsion: Data will be disclosed only if strictly required by a court of competent jurisdiction, formal arbitration order under SIAC rules, or statutory legal process.

Data collected by Claire Art Registry is hosted and processed on secure cloud infrastructure located within the United States, Singapore, and other global regions. By communicating with our corporate desk or using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the international transmission and processing of your corporate data. We retain business data for the duration of the commercial license agreement plus any statutory period required for tax, accounting, and legal audit protection under Wyoming and international law.

Authorized corporate officers may inspect, rectify, update, or request the deletion of their corporate representative information by contacting the official data governance desk at: [email protected]. Requests from verified corporate officers will be processed in accordance with applicable legal and contractual obligations.

Any questions, claims, or disputes regarding data protection, privacy, or cross-border data transfer shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Wyoming, USA, and shall be resolved exclusively through the binding SIAC arbitration framework set forth in our Terms and Conditions of Service.
